POOL
The pool and garden provide every opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun on those days away from the theme parks. The large 30ft private pool provides for that relaxing float, calorie burning swim or fantastic fun for all the family. Whilst the south-facing decking and garden and allow you to lie back, relax, and soak up the sun all day long on the sun beds provided. We even provide you with pool towels for use around the pool.
FRONT
Located on the prestigious Lindfield's development, off Highway 192, our luxurious holiday home has every conceivivable requirement to make your time in Florida the best ever.
Our home is fully air-conditioned giving a cool refreshing welcome when you open the door and is very spacious offering over 2220 sq ft of living space.
LOUNGE
The main lounge at the front of the villa is quiet and very spacious with a cool and relaxing atmosphere, great for reading a book or for chatting over a cool glass of wine. There is plenty of room to enjoy a family discussion. The room has a double loveseat, coffee tables, peaceful lighting and a king size sofa bed for your convenience.
There is also an internet ready computer for your use with high-speed access to the world wide web as well as WIFI, ideal for looking up those Disney Photo Passes!
FAMILY ROOM
In the family room a large screen, cable TV (150 channels) provides entertainment for everyone, complimented by DVD and HI-FI systems together with a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. The room has a double loveseat, coffee tables and a king-sized sofa bed for your convenience. The Family Room is situated adjecent to the kitchen which makes it very convenient for those TV dinners and cool drinks from the chiller whilst watching your favorite DVD. Our American fridge freezer has that all important ice making facility!
BEDROOM 1
After those exhausting days at the theme parks, what better than to relax in one of our sumptuous bedrooms.
The master bedroom is outstanding with a huge Queen-size bed and maple furnishings. A luxurious en-suite bathroom which has all you need. A large tub and separate double shower together with double vanity basins and a huge walk in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. All bedroom linen and towels are provided.
BEDROOM 1 En-suite
BEDROOM 2
A large king-size bed provides for a very comfortable sleep along with light oak furnishings, a large double wardrobe, subdued lighting and a ceiling fan to circulate the cooling air. This room is situated alongside the second bathroom, which has full facilities of a bath, shower and vanity unit.
BEDROOM 3
A lovely sized room which can cater for both couples and children. It has twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and beautiful light oak furnishings. Very restful and quiet for a good nights' sleep. This twin room is situated adjacent to the family bathroom.
BEDROOM 4
This special twin room provides for individual comfort and is themed around Mickey and Minnie Mouse, especially for the children (whatever their age!!). The Disney magic comes home with this room, where there is also a toy box full of toys to keep the little ones amused for hours. A cot and a high chair are provided free-of-charge for our very small guests as well as a booster seat and stroller.
DINING
There is also a choice of eating areas within the villa. A handy breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen area, great for kids in the mornings, together with a comfortable informal suite in the nook, ideal for chatting over the plans for the day. Also a beautiful formal dining area complements our home, great for entertaining our friends and enjoying good food. The dining room overlooks the pool area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is a dream having all appliances to create your culinary delights, including cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer (with ice cubes on tap!) and the space to be creative. Dish washer and waste disposal ensure your every convenience with a full range of crockery, pots and pans, everything you need. The kitchen is complimented by a breakfast suite and a breakfast bar giving ample eating areas. A separate utility room provides for all your washing and drying requirements, if you choose to use them.
Games Room
For greater enjoyment on your vacation, our villa comes complete with a full-size professional slate-top pool table. Why not set up a family tournament whilst you are there? Also an electronic darts and basketball game for more fun!
